Specializing in residential projects with emphasis on luxury housing, the MY-Architects office – with architects Yoash Yankowitz and Marc Topilsky at its helm – is responsible for the project’s planning: “The Louis Marshall 2-4 project corresponds with the architecture of the White City of Tel Aviv, the unique Bauhaus style recognized as a world heritage site by UNESCO. The building consists of two connected masses, separated into two sections to achieve tallness and optimal proportions for each section of the building. The center of the building is recessed and emphasized with dark cladding. The design is modern and contemporary while still adhering to the principles of modernism and the original Bauhaus style. The corners of the building are rounded, as a reference to its environment – the street corner where it is situated”.

The building comprises two connected parts, separated into two wings for optimal proportions and height of each, with the center of the building receding and accentuated with dark covers. The design is modern and contemporary and, at the same time, true to the spirit of modernism and the original Bauhaus. The corners of the building are curved, referring to its surroundings – the corners of the streets it is located on.”
